Bump for Defense and Pure Stamina

For Attack/Aggressive Balance, use Bump. For Defense/Stamina/Passive Balance, use Glaive, but Cross is a little bit better, and both will be outclassed for Life After Death by Proof

Well, the big oof for Proof will apparently be its lack of weight, which will be made up for with LAD, so...

and can turn be used in place for bump?
