As you all know, Bluezee started a thread about tier vs skill. Well I think it's more than just those two that matter. Type. Most of you know attack>stamina>defense>attack. But does Stamina always beat Defense? Does Attack always beat Stamina? I mean, they still get beaten and beat the other types, but for example look at this. We all know in TT world, Rock Leone is the absolute WORST defense type you can get. Rock is considered an attack wheel in TT land. Hasbro, however, Rock Leone is the BEST defense type you can get. But since Rock is considered attack wheel, so when it vs Stamina types it will have an advantage. Destabilizers don't always destabilize. Stamina wheels like Flame is trying to go on to be an attack type. They're thinking of RF as a Defense tip. So what matters and what doesn't?
What does it matter...
Few things I'd like to point out:
1)Rock leone is not the worse TT defence type. Leone and Escolpio come to mind with the later beating it by a mile.
2)Not really. Rock can only really knock something out when it's used with an attack combo.
3)Summary point: The game is not simply one way or the other. Parts have uses in more than one type.

It has always been known that the stats given on the packaging for beyblades are not accurate at all. For example, Vulcan is labeled as a defense type, however, it is regarded as one of the most ferocious attack type up to date.
Also, since this has been posted in many other threads I do believe making a thread for this isn't necessary.
