I can't find it on the internet at all, it looks exactly like a dragoon attack grip but it's a slightly see through cobalt blue plastic instead of the classic white and the spinner is left. I don't know if it's important but there is also small text on the top graphic reading "TK 01"

I found a ripcord of the same shade of red that this set comes with so I'd take a wager that you're correct but I cannot confirm because I can't seem to find the box or the stickers. Thanks for the replies though!
