Well, the OST itself isn't out just yet, but a dude named PokeRemixStudio on Youtube has ripped some of the new songs from the game and released videos with links to downloads of said songs.
The Giratina Battle and Frontier Brain Battle themes from Pt are two of the best music pieces EVER put in a Pokémon game, period. <3 xD
