So give them like 98% thanks lol and 1% to me haha

Hm that is a good question.
I would prefer just meet up around the monument.
And then just go into the grass and battle lol

Reason I don't prefer a park is because I don't know where some are. And what if some 1 is late and doesn't know where to go.

Better to just go to monument and walk around and look around for other bladers. Or beyblade stadiums pretty much lol

No. You only have to pay the tournament entry fee if you are entering the main tournament.

Hm, unfortunately that is contradictory to the goal of a tournament. It is of course up to the tournament organiser's discretion, but I think a common exchange of birthday wishes would be good too ...
