That will be awesome, hope you can make it! Also this event in unranked but you can still get a bit.

I have a few questions about some of the WBBA rules:
1. Are we going to allow things like a rounded Br’, or a Mobius that wouldn’t be legal in Japan, but would be in WBO events?
“It is prohibited to use illegally modified parts that have changed/increased performance that is not intended by Takara Tomy.”
2. Will we be using the WBBA definition of knocked out?
3. Are we using this rule: “Note: A BEYBLADE that lands in the pockets but manages to rebound back into the launch area is still considered in-game and not knocked out.”
And if anyone can lend me one of the following parts please let me know: Burst DB Blade, Spriggan2 DB Core, Spread’, Super M, King M, V-Gear, Moon Disk, 9 Armor, or Bearing’.

Will the top cut/finals be 5G, or is the entire tournament 3on3?
5G
Quick question, what does 5G mean?

Quick question, what does 5G mean?
5th gen, which I assume stands for 5th generation. I get the 5, because you use 5 beyblades, I’m not sure why it’s called “gen” though. There’s a link to the WBBA rules on this tournament’s page.
This implies that a part has to be illegally modified to be banned. Does this mean that a part modified or worn in a stadium, but not intended to be modified by Takara Tomy, would be allowed, such as a Volcanic’ that had been used enough to make it noticeably more free spin?
The WBBA rule book isn’t very clear about what counts as illegal modification.

Any illegal modification will be determined by the judges during the bey inspection. Please let a judge know if you think your opponent has illegally modified their part(s).
I found it through this thread, which I found in the Variant Lucifer article on BeyBase:

It’s from 2018, so it’s a little old,I looked through TT’s notice list (there’s a link at the bottom of the driver wear page) and couldn’t find any more-recent driver wear updates. It is looks very similar to current WBO driver wear rules. TT’s page could be a decent guide for driver wear for WBBA format events, of course in the end, it is up to the judges. I’ll probably send a suggestion to WBO staff saying that the WBBA rule book is pretty vague on driver wear issues.
