[Unanswered]  how many of same type bey in a deck ?

Yes. Just no repeating parts. so you can do three balance types. but not 3 HellsHammers

But what about rachets and bits? do they have to be different rachets and bits or can they be the same ones?

No repeating Ratchets or Bits. You could do 5-60 and 5-70 but not 5-60 and 5-60. You could do Needle and HighNeedle but not Needle and Needle and vise versa
