[Unanswered]  Is there any way to fix an X:D?

Today I had been playing with DNXGrin and I noticed that the 'Defense' mode is actually almost a flat, trying to understand what happened I saw that the lower part is so low that makes the sharp tip look like a flat tip, is there any way to solve that or is it just broken?

If your X : D is used the sharp tip may be worn down too far for Defense mode to be possible. If it is new it may be a manufacturing error.

Do the two prongs you pull up to change mode rise all the way?
