[Unanswered]  How to repair the Hybrid and Ignition' Drivers

Idk what the motor is but i plan on figuring it out. But i did buy a fake regalia genesis for the hybrid driver and apparently the fakes have the same motors that are in the tt hybrids. I replaced the motor with the one that came with the fake and my tt hybrid started working again
My hybrids motor and lights only turn on when the batteries are not fully seated in the slots, but then you can't close it

I doubt, but if you plan to take it to the tournament, they probably will find out.

However, I did reverse engineered the driver and reassembled the driver. Unfortunately, the motor did not have any labels nor printing name/number on the motor.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
Also, just to clarify, this thread used to only be about my Hybrid driver and replacing the batteries in it, hence the posts below this one.

The way I got mine's to work is that I loosened the screws connecting the motherboard circuitry to the body of the tip and the motor started working and spinning

just found this post and I had the same problem. also I think my driver might be a fake.

I think it was from Aliexpress, so you might as well consider it to be fake I guess. The "fake" hybrid driver I got has both the features of the hybrid driver and the ignition driver and is really similar to the original one, functionally and looks-wise, except it has normal screws in it.

Well if it has normal screws then it is fake sadly or at least a mid-fake

Definitely for sure, but I think the mid-fake I got is actually better than the normal hybrid driver because it has a life after death feature, it speeds around the stadium like an attack type, and it changes spin midbattle, which I don't think the Takara Tomy version does.

Better in the sense that it has more gimmicks than the real one.

The real one does all that, I have it.

Really, so I guess I have the mid-fake. Also, does the real hybrid driver have triangular screws when connecting the circuitry to body of the tip or is it just bolted to the body of the tip using those "screws" that they use for the normal tips?

There are no burst midfakes, midfakes are exclusively an MFB thing. There is only real Hasbro Burst, real TT/Sonokong Burst, and fakes.
