[Unanswered]  Dragoon GT rubber tip coming off

Just bought a dragoon GT however the rubber tip itself moves on its own in the same way as wolborgs tip does, and I can pull it free very easily from the custom engine weight; is this normal or is it supposed to be glued to the custom engine weight?
