I was wondering if cleaning the forge discs of beyblades would make them weigh less, since it’s basically removing the oxidized metal from the disc.

Theoretically it would. But the amount of metal being shed is usually very miniscule that you (or your weighing scale) won't even notice.
I've never wighted a disc before and after cleaning myself, but I would be surprised if one cleaning session manages to shave off more than 0.01 Grams of weight.

I feel like the dirt and oxidation actually adds to the weight and increased Burst Resistance lol
