any way i hav opened up 2 new positions state blader and scout now theis new positions hav special requirements a state blader must hav a blader passport and has participated in at least 1 tournament as for scouts your job is to get more people to join so i would recommend that u live in a bey hotspot (pm me this) both need user bars
