Can somebody out there make a tournament in Quakertown Pennsylvania or Doylestown Pennsylvania or Allentown Pennsylvania or Bethlehem Pennsylvania

You shouldn’t ask others to make a tournament and if you want a tournament then create one by yourself.

Do not make redundant threads. You should find an existing Pennsylvania thread to ask in.

WBO is volunteer run. No one's paid to do this. Tournaments are a lot of effort, so Organizers tend to run them locally.

There are active organizers in both Havertown and Levittown. If that's not close enough for you, then you're out of luck.
