Sunday, November 2nd, 1PM
High Park - Toronto, Ontario, Canada
Standard Format

This tournament will be free for all new bladers that come out, I will pay the $5 entry fee for any new blader that comes out to this event, so bring all of your friends! (Just not too many :p )

Yes, this tournament is called "BEYBLADE TOURNAMENT". (It can be changed if it's against the rules or something) So get your Beyblade gear out, and be ready to battle! We're hoping to see a lot of Toronto bladers out there on November 2nd! Assuming we have enough attendees, this will be an official WBO tournament, so make sure to get your Blader Passport for $10 if you haven't done so already! Or, simply pay $5 (per tournament) if you plan attending these events.

Location:
We'll be playing in the shelter where we usually play. If you're coming to High Park via the Bloor entrance, just follow that road down on the right side and you'll see the large building/shelter on the left hand side before you reach the tennis courts. In case you guys haven't been to our regular tournaments, here are some visual directions.

Directions: (Click to View)

Format: Standard format, probably Block Round Robin.

Tournament Time: Free play and registration will start at 12, and the actual tournament will start at 1 PM.

Prizes: Will be determined at the tournament Wink

Side Note: We'd advise users to please, please look after your stuff. While yes this is a Beyblade tournament and we're not suggesting that any of us would attempt to take each other's stuff it is still happening at a public venue where other people (who may not be so friendly) are going to be present as well. Of course, if you see a personal belonging lying around bring it up any of the judges so we can return it to the right person. Your co-operation is appreciated!

All questions for this tournament may be asked in this thread.

We're keeping Toronto's bey-spirit alive, your support thus far is appreciated! Let's keep this up guys! If you wish to attend please post below, I'll start gathering an attendance list.

Today..I sucked a bunch...

Nuff said

But really! thanks LMAO for hosting this awesome tourney!
Congrats to the placers!
I had an awesome time today, despite doing horrendously, going 2-3. This was definitely one of my favorite tournaments! Awesome battles were everywhere! Huge kudos to HB42, too, for managing to beat by MSF-M Killerken Dragoon B:D setup using a Death BD145RDF. For the wonderful belated birthday gifts and the laughs, hope to see you more often, dude!

By the way, I may plan on hosting on the 16th, depending on Scott's schedule. I'll definitely do Limited, and possibly either a Plastics or HMS event depending on the weather and turnout.

Photos should be uploaded tomorrow morning, along with a battle video between 1234beyblade and Suntailhawk, as well. See you all soon, guys!

Whai..Whai Limited?

I don't think I'm coming to the next one,I need a break from blading for a bit Smile
Thanks for coming out everyone! Appreciate it! I'll send in fees, results and winning combos later.

midnight, can we do it a week after that one? I can't come if it's on the 14th, also for our next tournament day, let's not do more than one tournament in a day since it's going to take a while and it's time consuming.

I agree, let's spread it out a bit since it gets dark really fast this time of year as well.

NOES! I still vote for every 2 weeks instead of every 3 weeks = )
I'm game for the 16th!

As we are lacking in formats to do, I had to chose Limited. I just really we can start Team Format sooner!

It's on the 16th, a Sunday, although I probably would be able to do one on the 23rd. Scott however, said he'd be busy at the end of the month, not too sure if that'd mean the 23rd, though. I'd be busy on the 30th, as well, so I'd much rather not do it then.

Yeah, you're right. I think it is most fitting that we do only one, too.
I'm good for any Sunday, and every other Saturday, so count me in.

We hold tourneys only on Sundays. Unless it's event like Anime North etc.

We hold plastics-only tourneys for that = )

What are the plastics regulations? Anything can be used? Including engine gear?
Guys, let's take any future tournament discussion to this thread: http://worldbeyblade.org/Thread-Toronto-...st-Seeking

Essentially, but there are a few obscure restrictions. Check out the WBO Organized Play Official Rules for details on all of the formats: http://worldbeyblade.org/Thread-WBO-Orga...cial-Rules
