In no particular order,
Death Note, The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, Gundam SEED /Destiny, Neon Genesis Evangelion, .hack//SIGN, and as an honourable mention, I really enjoyed Beyblade G-Revolution, especially in the latter half.
However, if anime movies count, 5 Centimeters Per Second undoubtedly tops my list (as both my favourite anime and movie in general).
