Oh hey look, we're doing Burst Standard. Woohoo!
Time:
The tournament itself will start at 12:30pm, so as a guide, aim to arrive before 12:15pm. The Tube and public transport services are not very reliable, so plan your journey well in advance.
Remember to turn up on time. If you arrive later than the scheduled start time, your place will be forfeit and you will not be able to participate. If you know you'll be late, please let us know via PM or a post in this thread!
Please note that we cannot predict how long an event will be, as this varies based on the number of competitors and the ongoings throughout the day. In order to stay for the whole event, please be prepared to stick around for at least 3-4 hours.
Location:
Regent's Park. We shall be at the Bandstand as always. Please check this thread on the day for updates or like us on Facebook for any quick location updates.
Directions:
Here is a map of Regent's Park. Click on the tab labelled "Monuments, Fountains and Statues". Head to the area marked Bandstand. We suggest taking the London Underground or Bus to Baker Street.
Prizes:
No ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Hosts and Judges:
This tournament is being hosted by ~Mana~. If you have any queries about the event, feel free to PM us or post in the thread and we'll be happy to help!
Important Advice:
Despite being around friends and rivals, please remember we are in a public park. Bad behaviour and swearing will not be tolerated and may result in a ban from future events. Please keep your personal belongings with you or in a safe place while at the bandstand. If you see any personal items left around with no apparent owner, please hand it in to a judge, so we can return it to its rightful owner. Your cooperation is much appreciated.
Spread the Word!
Are you as excited about the festivities as we are?! If so, be sure to tell your friends about it! And if you haven't already, follow us on Twitter and like us on Facebook!

Hi Mana - could you send me the link to the correct rulebook? Link above isn't working. Also, are Hasbro and Takara Tomy parts allowed on Saturday? Many thanks.
Will this still be on?

Many thanks.I haven’t been there in a year but I’m pretty sure you can use both as long as you don’t use a hasbro layer with an TT driver and vise versa, only disks can mixed

Rulebook is here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1mbjw...mLOgNQ-c9A
As Akiya rightfully says above; both brands are allowed, but the Layers and Drivers within them cannot be mixed together.

I've been keeping an eye on the weather (pretty much always have to for London events!) and it looks like we'll be okay! Looks like maybe 30 minutes of showers for a bit, but fine otherwise! I'll confirm tomorrow just in case though!

Hey everyone!
Just wanted to give a huge thank you to everyone who attended the event yesterday, whether you were participating, spectating or even parenting! With 38 participants (the most the UK has ever had? We average about 12~), we had a somewhat rough start to the day, but it shaped up and the day was enjoyable all around! Everyone seemed to have a blast!
I do want to give a special thanks to V2KX, Silversylveon, SprigganJoseph, Ultra, Mashoga, Mr LT and Basedsamuraij for the committment to judging throughout the day. If you guys weren't onhand to keep 4 stadiums running all the time, I can only imagine how much more chaotic things would have been!
And a big thank you to all the parents who supported with getting participants to their stadiums! We've learned that my voice isn't that loud apparently, and your help in finding anyone missing their call was hugely appreciated!
The final results can be seen on Challonge here. Our finalists were:
1st - ~Mana~
2nd - Mini Me
3rd - Mr LT
4th - Silversylveon
Keep and eye out for the next event soon! Hopefully we'll have another up for the end of next month! :)
Thanks all!

Hey. Guy with the 3D printed bey. I forgot your name sorry. I’ve been wondering if you could make me one.
I’ll come to the next tournament and give you the design for the layer.
Here is a list of what it is
Name: crusher spark
Type: attack
Spin: right
Colour: blue
Material: plastic. No metal
Thickness: like victory Valkyrie
It’s based off of cho-z Valkyrie
The middle is a big lightning bolt
And I have another question...
is it possible to post pictures?
