Making a new one that looks good would be better than color tinting the "first" one.

I would suggest sketching one and then scanning it to your computer to edit.

Man, my idea has really taken storm. Almost every team is doing it now (which is still running). To think I started the idea because I wanted to get a symbol kind of like yours, LOL.
