basically it does not go around the staduim fast it just stays a middle and does weak hits

I'm going to buy one on Monday and look at the internals, I'll tell you if I see any chances for the string to become detached from the drive shaft. Then I'll recommend whether you should open it up or not, some of these spring retract systems can be very difficult to deal with...

Peg, your Beyblade is in the BeyWiki, I suggest you make sure that it meets the same criteria as that article before you decide it's fake. If you bought it from Hasbro, then it is not fake. Toys R Us hasn't held any fake Beyblades as far as I know. Zacky was probably a drive-by-posting, feel free to ignore him.

You could..
Clean the inside of the stadium. There might be dirt inside that affects performance
Clean the RF. Dirt gathers and stays on the RF.
Buy a new string launcher. Place the bad launcher in the package and return it for your money back.

Stratus also has good suggestions, getting a new string launcher would be the best option if that is the problem.
I haven't had the best return policy from Toys R Us in the past, but with the box and receipt they shouldn't have a problem with replacing the Beylauncher.
