So i was wondering is this place really trust worthy?, so that for future reference i wont buy from this place
We would not list that website in the first post if it were unreliable.
but why is it that im having trouble with them? they dont even reply to my e-mails i sent them, when it states that we should e-mail them about any issues. and like i said before its been 10 days from when i purchase the beyblades and yet nothing, not even one e-mail since i got the shipping cost.
Check your spam folder.

My original emails from them got trapped there before I marked them as legitimate.
Did you already pay them? If so, your order will come. Did you pay for EMS or SAL?
i have paid for them and i used the EMS shipment but still nothing yet
You should've gotten a tracking number...

Double check if you've even sent off your payment.
i didn't even get that, thats why im asking about this issue cause i've e-mailed them like i said in the posts above, and receive no response and i have double checked my payment it said it went through successfully
Did you use paypal? How long ago did the payment officially clear?
ya i used paypal since its the only way to pay for leoshops items, and its been 10 days since i've purchased the beyblade. and it officially cleared on the 3rd day from purchase

I've never heard a complaint about leoshop from anyone else, so your case is a bit odd. I've personally ordered from them twice and have had no problems at all. Hopefully in the coming weeks, your package comes -- if not, file a complaint with Paypal or keep trying to email them.

No if you live in Canada you should know by now, and secondly I have already posted something similar to it many pages back so the community is already aware that Zellers has Beyblades
This is actually the first time this has happen to me ever when ordering online, thats why im asking these questions and i really do hope i get it this week, and this is actually my first time ordering from leoshop i've always been ordering from japan toys.
I recieved an order confirmation e-mail from them, but nothing since.
Odd.
what!....and im still waiting for my confirmation and for my shiping info..., i'm still constantly trying to e-mail them and still got no response what so ever
Yeah, I resubmitted an order three times and I get an e-mail that says I submitted an order, but no shipping quote.
the only thing i recieved from them was what im trying to purchase and what kind of shipment i would let and telling me to let them know that i sent the money through paypal to them, thats about it and i have sent the money through but yet nothing
Check your emails again, they just sent me my shipping quote.
Leo shop is pretty good except shipping. My weight was 1.18 kg and my shipping is 65 dollars Unhappy

They charged you 65 dollars for 1.18 KG thats ridciolous. I bought a stadium from Gmarket and its weight was 1.14 and I was only charged 27,500 Won (Which is about 23 USD that means) Leo is really ripping you off with shipping) (Note this was ship via EMS)
Not really when you factor overall price.

Shipping is expensive, item cost is very low -- it evens out for the most part.

A lot of it has to do with Stadiums, too -- not really weight. Different boxes and better packaging are needed to ship the stadiums, which effects the price.

It's still worth it.

I read somewhere if you resubmit the shipping quote you can get it for cheaper sometimes. But shipping on stadiums is always going to be expensive because they are a very fragile item to ship. They break easily in shipping and it's hard to get appropriate packing. Even my BB-10 that was in my BB-32 has some bent plastic (nothing major) that was easily fixable. You gotta remember these packages are basically thrown into the bottom of a plane with no real care and flown over here.
Exactly.

I might bulk order some stadiums from them for a profit soon if hasbro doesn't release anything worth using :o
