Stamina Track Tesing(145 vs DF145 vs AD145 vs 85)

Alright, so McFrown's request has been on the part testing thread for a loooooong time with no one wanting to go through the tedious stamina testing so I decided to test these 3 tracks out since I had some spare time. Alright so I tested out 145, DF145, and AD145 to see which track truly has the greatest advantage. FYI I used aquario's clear wheel simply because it was the only usable clear wheel that I had multiples of. WD's were in mint, and K.O.'s were redone.

Conclusion:
If the results that I obtained are consistent with everyone else, then I think that the Competitive Beyblade List will have to be updated, with the top tier stamina track being AD145. Other member's tests and input will be very much appreciated.

It was already (arguably) outclassed by 145 and with AD145 outclassing 145, DF145 should be a last alternative as a stamina track of competitive use. (Although there is some interesting activity going on with low stamina types as well...)
Heh, turns out I was right about AD145.
Unfortunately I've received results that say that they're all irrelevant

Earth Bull 85B VS Earth Bull DF145B
10 - 0: 85 win rate 100%

Earth Bull 85B VS Earth Bull AD145B
9 - 1: 85 win rate 90%

As we can see, results are pretty consistent to what other members have been getting so far. 145 Is definitely superior to DF145.

This seems odd to me. I posted some of my own test results somewhere a while back, and both DF145 and 145 were basically even. :\

Yes as I have mentioned lower tracks are becoming more popular. Do you mind if I add your results to OP? After all it is a general stamina track thread.

Ya I was surprised that 145 had that much of an advantage when really, they should be even... it coulda just been 145's lucky day i guess...
Problem is 85 will get even more ravaged by attack types.
Is that really much of a problem at the moment? You may as well say goodbye to ever winning against an attack type if you're using stamina anyway, so you might as well get leverage over other stamina types, and defence types.

That's exactly how I see it, if stamina already have an incredibly low win rate against attack types lowering in just a tad further won't hurt if your sacrificing that win rate for a superior chance of vicorty over other stamina and defence types.

This is very true. Stamina types are virtually ruled out because they get pulverized by attack types. The only two types that "exist" are defense and attack and even then, Defense suffers even with RS. I think instead of focusing on more Defense blades, it would help the metagame more if TT released suitable stamina parts... but then again it is a child's toy...
That defends on what combo you use. RS defence combos vs RF/R2F combos RS does perfectly fine and the defence definatly otuperforms the attack combos. When you use bottoms like WF or F or destaabilizers like Meteo L drago 90RF the defence combos get beaten.
This is strange I was messing around with 85 and various other track heights to reaffirm the results again but this time they seemed to have changed. 85 seems to be struggling against AD145 for some reason now, even though I'm using the exact same parts and there isn't a difference in molds of Earths that I'm using. The win rate now seems about 50% for either, I'll post results later today. It should be noted that the other results against the other tracks seem to remain it's just against AD145, weird... Uncertain
has any1 thought of trying the AD with a pre-HWS yet? i haven't seen it done yet, but MF piscesAD145SD and Virgo AD145SD both do very well. i could put ups ome tests. the reason i brought this up is because the pre-HWS seem to bring more variety
I decided to make a video of the different tracks all in action against 85.

85 for stamina rules.
I'd still rather choose 145 if you're going into a battle and you don't know what your opponent is using.

Since lower-track attack types are popular in this community, you're asking for an instant KO with a stamina type at 85 or 90 height if you happen to face off against an attack type.

In a stamina v stamina battle, obviously 85 is coming out on top these days.

I agree. Personally, I think AD145 is still the best choice for competitive use because tests have proven that it is superior to the other 145 based tracks and it weighs more, theoretically giving stamina types more defense. 85 would be superior when paired with another stamina type but as Corey stated, it will get destroyed be any of the 100/90 based attack types. Actually, it would be interesting to see how 85 would perform with C145 constantly rubbing against it... hmm...
Of what what i can remember 85 was completly dominant over C145 as well as GB145 and R145
Could you test T125/D125 against 85 and AD145? I recall seeing somewhere that that was the "optimum" height for stamina types.

Fyuuor posted in another thread that 85 had a 100% win rate against all the other available heights:
(Oct. 12, 2010  9:33 PM)Fyuuor Wrote: Since this topic has been revived, this may sound weird but I posted some tests results a few weeks ago and found that the best track for stamina was 85. I launched Earth Bull 85B against Earth Bull DF145/145/CH145/135/WA130/T125/D125/CH120/105/100/90B and against them all 85 had a 100% win rate.
Ah, thanks Diamond.
my 125 seems perfect for stamina not to high so i dont loose balance (ps i use just 125 with no gimmic so weight is more centered)

A lower track would be more preffered.

I reckon that the reason why DF145 is doing badis because the 'wings' actually are in contact with the Metal Wheel, so the air doesn't flow and actually creates more air-drag (if you guys know what I'm rambling on about).
