Heck yeah i can ask a couple shops i play at too and gauge some interest. I can also bring along one of the hasbro stadiums, and have been itching for an excuse to pickup a bigger stadium!

My son and I just got into the hobby over Christmas, we'd love to meet up and play with others!

Hey again/ - I haven't visited Gamers Haven before, but I'll add them to a list of shops to top by and ask/ - if you're planning to drop by soon yourself, please go ahead and ask what they would think about letting a group of people like us come and do occasional tournaments or semi-regular meetups in their space too/

I dropped by Sage's Portal with Mayorstance on Friday and got to chat with Eric, the "Head Sage" & owner of Sage's Portal in person and it sounds like he's cool with us meeting-up for casual meetups and organizing tournaments in the game-basement space on days like Wednesday or Saturday or Sunday when other people aren't sharing the space for their D&D campaigns/ - he's also personally investigating the potential opportunities which may come from hosting store-officiated Beyblade tournaments himself, which could turn into something really cool down the road/

If you guys have the opportunity, definitely go check out Sage's Portal, the boardgame cafe and take a look at the basement game-space we'll likely start using for regular casual play-nights soon/ - Since Sage's Portal is a "boardgame cafe" there is an expectation to "rent" the tables we use by purchasing several drinks/food/etc at their cafe bar upstairs. I am pretty sure they also do not welcome outside food/drink, but I will have to check again the next time I visit/ - so be prepared and come aware/

-I'll try to keep ya guys updated within the next couple days to find out if several of us will be meeting up within the next 2 weeks to play Beyblades at Sage's Portal, so you have the chance to come hang out/

Yeah, I've played WH40k down there for years! Bob is really cool about the community. Haven't been able to get there for a while, but if you see Bob, tell him hi for me!
