Sorry about the wait but I forgot all about my holiday. At least you guys have had plenty of time.
I will give each sprite a score and then leave some comments for improvements and what was done well.

It is a good sprite, nice job. It looks like an original pokemon with no extras put on it to make it look overpowerful or anything like that. I also liked the fact that you haven't used any legendaries in this which seems to be easy to use and a lot of people choose them when spriting. Arbok's frill is still popping out the back of carnivine's head which could have been cut out. The sandslash arms look out of place on the sprite and I think they are too big for it. It needs a bit more inorder to make look cooler or stand out a bit more like an extra weapon at its disposal to make it look more powerful.

Sloppy execution but a good idea for a sprite. It's right arm is way too small at the start to it what it finishes as and the left arm is too small compared to the right. The dot on Mewtwo's tail is the wrong colouring and should have been a lighter shade to the rest of the tail. Th eyes are too light of a colour for the rest of the sprite and it should have been a darker colour to suit the sprite. A part from that if you had have executed it wel it would have been a good sprite.

Good execution but a rather bland sprite. It doesn't look that different to deoxys, it just has a few extras on it. The tail is actually too big for the sprite if you are to follow it back but besides that a good execution. I would have liked to have seen a more original sprite and a bit more creativity.

What can I say? When you look around that is a pretty carp sprite. You haven't recoloured, it is way to obvious to pick up what you used, it's missing an arm and it has a weird see-through ear. I gave you 3 for putting three pokemon together. Not very good...

Perfect execution and a good sprite. What lets it down is it is practically a Rayquaza only a water dragon retype. I would have liked to have seen something more original.

Nice sprite! I like the concept and the name isn't too bad. The only problem with it is the lower part of the body which is to big for the rest of it and is on a different angle facing to the left compared to the rest of the body. Besides that I like it.

It really is a shame because the second one looked a lot better. Very choppy cutting and it looks more pixelated than the others as if you had zoomed in. Need to do different shades of the colours and recolour a bit better.

Once I zoomed out a bit to see it better this sprite was hard to find faults in it. The execution was great and the sprite was very original. Perhaps you could have chosen some better arms to suit it more. The arms look a bit off on this sprite.

It's a weird one, I'll give you that. Poor choice of arms which you could have recoloured and didn't place too well. Legs would have probably been better because that doesn't suit Granbull. Tail doesn't work on it either. Good effort though.

Good sprite. The starmie gem lets it down as it is hanging off the edge of a sphere. The spike on the top of the head should be the same colour as the other 2 spikes and you should have gotten rid of the crack. When doing the arms you went into a lighter colour when splitting the cannon finger thingos when it should have been a darker colour to show the split.
If the judges could post there scores ASAP so I can get the results that would be great.
And to others I have compared sprites from spriters resource and the pokemon elite 2000 and I see no difference (at least on my computer anyway). Every pixel.
