Shark Scale not working

Hi guys! I really need help with Shark. Everybody keeps saying that Shark is broken, but I really am not seeing it. I used it against my Wizard Rod 9-60 free ball in a 10 round match, and it won only one of the 10. The combos I used are 4-50 level and 4-50 low rush. Neither seemed to be able to do anything at all against the rod. Even the tyranno roar that came with the set got 4 wins with 3-60 kick, with it supposedly only being a mediocre blade. For context, I am using the winder launcher, and am launching Rod first. I notice that instead of like tyranno/whale wave/impact drake, where the impact is solid, a lot of Shark's initial hits at high rpm, glance off instead of creating an impact, like the hits aren't "clean". It then starts making proper contact later on, but that's when the rpm is already gone and it can't do anything with it. It also seems to just bounce around the stadium a lot, missing everything and wasting stamina. Is it the way I'm launching(medium tilt launch for LR, heavy tilt for Level), skill issue, or what? Please help, as Shark is my favorite looking blade, and I really want to make it work.

One of the main issues is that battling yourself won't simulate a real battle. It also might be slightly a skill issue I'm not completely sure because while battling yourself doesn't simulate a real battle completely, I've put shark scale up against Wizard and done fairly well, but I decided to do 10 battles with them just now out of curiosity and here's the results

SkarkScale 4-50LR: 4 Rounds Won, 9 Points Awarded

WizardRod 9-60FB: 6 Rounds Won, 7 Points Awarded.

Round 1: Shark gets an over finish

Round 2: Rod gets a spin finish

Round 3: Rod gets a spin finish

Round 4: Rod gets a spin finish

Round 5: Shark gets an Xtreme finish

Round 6: Rod gets a spin finish

Round 7: Rods gets a spin finish
(Just figured I'd mention, Rod bursted at the ratchet but it didn't fully detach so Rod still by spin finish)

Round 8: Shark gets a Burst finish

Round 9: Shark gets an Over Finish

Round 10: Round gets an Over Finish

In my battles Rod won more rounds, but Shark got more points, I did a mix of hard tilts and flat launches for Shark.

here are some reasons I think your battles may have gone differently...

1: Battling yourself is NEVER the same as a battling another opponent.

2: Where you launched the two beyblades

3: The amount of time you've had SharkScale, and the amount of practice

4: Just a possible Skill Issue (which isn't a bad thing it just means you can improve)

5: It do just be like that (Bad luck)

1-80 LowRush/Rush, trust.
I've heard that 3-60 level is good. It looks nice if you use the purple ratchet from SharkEdge and the purple bit from Samurai Saber.
You should probably try out defense. Maybe put it on under needle to make it rachet snipe attack types maybe with 4-50 too

1-60 if its a fresh blade, 1-70/80 once its super rounded. It ends up becoming a super blunt hard hitter, but I agree with you all the podium lists with Shark are 60/70 height cant argue with those results lol
