Some of the beys listed above are in fact "rare".. dranzer gt, dragoon gt, DEMS, wolborg ms etc usually goes out for a high price and they are pretty much rare...You really shouldn't jump into conclusions you know... :\

And for the second part it is clearly mentioned that you must "PM him with an offer"...
