it mostly depends on what the seller and the buyer negotiate on as prices go, but yea, NIB plastics can possibly get expensive <but like i said its not a solid price>. but you can always get a used one for cheaper than NIB ones, for obvious reasons. =) don't let prices scare you though, they're very much worth it, and you can always negotiate with the seller.

Do you mean from the top? Maybe you're referring to Dark Dragoon? It's dark blue not black.
