Are any of Apollon's or Posiedon's/Ocean Wrath G's parts any good? If I could find them, I might get them to get back in the sport.

I'm not sure how right I am, but the ARs from RB12 had pretty much the same properties. They were heavy, but they were also wide so the weight isn't centered. I've heard of some people using the ARs for smashing, but I'm personally not sure how they really are for it.

I hear Appollon's provides huge amounts of recoil.

Depends on what else is on it. I think there was was friction than there was smash for it.
