Rubber Accel Legality

Hey, so the image has been circulating on Twitter, and I was wondering how the WBO views this one, especially given the addendum on rubber parts. Rubber parts naturally have more wear, and thus being able to use it for... all of about a month seems a bit unfair and expensive. [Image: Gm-3OMLagAADRCZ.jpg:large]
Both examples are still legal for play under WBO standards. As long as the rubber is still that main contact point you're good to go.

If performance changes, it's no longer legal.

I would have to see it personally, but most likely not legal. Rubber gets a bit more of a leeway due to how fast it wears.
