No, they are Cross Arms, which were supposed to be the spiritual successors to Beyblade after beyblade was canceled.

i didnt know B-Daman were made by takara, in fact i didnt know they were japanese, i mean come on, there was an episode where a guy that was bigger than the main character CRIED when he lost and i thought "Would the japanese ever put some carp like that in a show???!!!!"
