The anime isn't popular enough to have been licensed yet. The manga's been picked up, and the series has a fairly healthy (yet small) fandom online, but there's just not enough interest outside of that to consider dubbing the series.

Lesser shows not based on Shonen Jump properties have made it to R1 land, hell Claymore will be out this year, and it's a completed series, as well D.Gray-man will be out next year, another less known Jump property.

And carp you CTV, you had to rebrand Razer into MTV2? And drop like all of its programming? Like where am I going to get my Shinchan, 'cause I'm not buying a series that has lasted over 15 years.
