Random Thoughts 5 - READ RULES IN FIRST POST

This is somewhat a suggestion for the forum I'd like to share, so please don't bash me on this. I've been seeing many of the newcomers getting warned by moderators. Obviously this is no fun for the moderators either. My idea is plain and simple, and should reduce the amount of errors that newbies cause on threads. Obviously you can't FORCE someone to read the rules before posting unless you do something like this; a test. Whenever somebody new joins, they have to undergo a tutorial that they should study, then have a test to see if they really payed attention. If they fail the test, they are prohibited to post on any thread until they pass the test with a certain score (example: 70% or higher), in which they are granted access to posting. The test should consist of multiple choice questions, and questions are randomly scrambled every test to prevent finding an order of answers (cheating). I know this idea might seem stupid to some, but it's a suggestion that could be VERY beneficial. This is a good way for the W.B.O. to finally beat the rules into newbies' heads.

P.S. I can't find an appropriate thread to put this on, so I might as well put it on this one.
According to Shabalabadoo, this should be getting more light ...

Early yesterday, I passed Brad in post counts and became the top poster in the list. It is not necessarily something extraordinary or unpredictable, especially since I got a much bigger role in the last few years - an administrator with a relatively low postcount is one that does not care about their site's members.

There is really not much I have to say regarding this matter, but I just want to reach out to all those new, perhaps younger Members who might be turned off by the relatively high standard of quality we ask from everyone in their posts : it is entirely possible to make many, many posts that are good. Beyblade is a vast, interesting game, and so much can be discussed about it.

Besides the informative posts, I think many of my other messages might be dedicated to correcting people, not always in the kindest manner hah, but I think both categories show that I have always had the best interests of this community in mind, notably not to spread any incorrect information, and to just encourage people to be smart Internet users, with an etiquette on forums. This is not the first message board I am a member of, and I want to share this experience that I have as much as possible. It is certainly the first I have committeed nine entire months of my life to, hah.

Just like this board's philosophy, getting the Rose Gold Face was much more of an achievement for me than getting a certain postcount, but I suppose it is a small something.
It absolutely is important, and well said too!

I think it's much more of an accomplishment than a rose gold. It's not just because of the post count that I think it's so important, but because all of those posts were so incredible. You've done so much, been so kind, answered everything with insight, and upheld a pleasant, kind atmosphere that's made me stay here for a year and a half. Despite what some people seem to believe, the website is just so fantastic to be in because of the style of responses you try to promote. I can't even explain how thankful I personally am, so getting a higher post count than the man who gets so much recognition is really really awesome and deserves more recognition that you got (ex: just me). I really really can't express how thankful I am for such a great person!

Everyone, agree?
ME GUSTA (I'm Nolan L by the way)
I like it, I like it a lot. This should go up by Battle Roads, but I like it still.

I find it funny how it shows up all these aquarium pictures.
What do you expect? Aquario is allied with water, and almost spelled as "Aquarium" anyway...

But, I find it funny that a Toilet showed up in the search XD
I was assuming the constellation would pop up. Aha

Unless it has a doubled reservoir(which I cannot see clearly), flushing it will result in fish in the bowl.

So, maybe not to actually use or keep in the bathroom where it may confuse people, but it would make an interesting and abstract(if not horrifyingly tacky) livingroom decoration... as a handicapped individual, I think I'd also spring for the fish and gravel-filled hand rail to accompany it.
So I'm chilling out at JFK airport in New York right now while I wait for my connection flight to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. I'm going to FL this weekend for vacation with my fiance.

I've never been to NY before, and I'm kind of disappointed that I didn't get to see more of the landmarks (statue of Liberty, etc.) from the air when I was coming in. Oh well!
I think that the world is wonderful! It's just so absolutely positively wonderful, don't you agree? Ah, life...

I'd feel sorry for the fish... XD

I doubt its actual functional, more like a house decoration.
Then again, who would want a toilet in their house that doesn't work?
And who'd want a toilet to be just a decoration... Pinching_eyes
It's cool... but... yeah... no. lol

EDIT! ~
Just got this on my facebook feed.

All I thought was... Win... and I want one... XD

You do reallize that when (song time) the pants go down, the fishes go up. *shiver*
THINK ABOUT THE FISHES!
Well,I would probably take the fish out before using ccause that would be nasty.
You wouldn't want to flush it with plants or gravel in the reservoir, either.

You would end up with a very quickly broken toilet, and possibly a thousand dollar plumbing bill.
That toilet looks more like, if you flush it... you'll get a water rush up your bum. DX;
Then again... does it even have a button to flush? XD
No, it doesn't. And, after taking a much more clear look at it, it's actually not plumbed to flush, either - that's not a toilet reservoir at all. It's just an aquarium tank. The pipe you see coming up in it is the filtration system for the tank, not plumbing for a toilet.

I should look more closely at things...
This morning I found out something that surprised me, I am loosely related to William Wallace (The guy that Mel Gibson played in 'Brave Heart').
Trying to stop my mom and dad from using tobacco products is hard...dayum addiction, you scary..
First two finals finished. 3 more to go.

Tomorrow is my voice recital, where I will delve into my love of music theater combined with my classical singing teachings. It might be bad to combine classical and broadway singing, but somehow it's a style that fits me the most. I'm kinda excited to do "Being Alive" from Company, and plan on adding it to my repertoire in my eventual Senior recital, dubbed "Dreamers and Doers."

Nicotine gum is the way to go. It gives them control over how much nicotine they get (just chew another piece), and does completely away with all of the bad heart, lung and cancer issues associated with using tobacco.

What voice do you sing Kaji? I'm a Tenor II myself.
