We have an Internet Videos thread; post those links there, or I'm going to have to warn you for spamming.
What is wrong with People from Maryland? (No Offense. And yes, I am also from Maryland.) Maryland is supposed to have the best education system in the entire US. Yet, most of the SPAMmers on here are from Maryland... I'm not directing this at anyone in particular. I'm just saying how interesting I thought this was. If Maryland has the best education system, then the US has a really crappy education system...
Very interesting when you think about it...
PLEASE NOTE: I AM ALSO FROM MARYLAND, I'M ALSO NOT TRYING TO INSULT ANYBODY FROM MARYLAND

Sigh.
I've gotten in too many arguments this month on the WBO.
I don't like arguing.
First one was in the competitive hasbro mfb combos.
Now yesterday in the tests where 85 beat 230.
Arguing is no fun

After this happened my dog ate the carrot... It's pretty cold outside. I personally don't like to play in the snow, but I just couldn't pass up the opportunity today!

Speak for yourself, I love arguing.
A good debate is always fun, for me :3
Btw, are any UK members on here going to SoS 2011?
Bey-Heart, I definitley agree. I did the same thing xD
Canada: Home of the worst internet in the developed world. Sorry Australia.
???? Worst internet? Don't Dell and Mac have good connection there? If not, come to MD =D
LOL, true 0_0. Maryland: Home of the most populated bladers around.
EDIT: Besides NYC and Canada.

Am I the only one who has a probably unreasonnable ammount of fun re-watching hilarious topics in Closed Topics?
There really are those timeless classic threads, like the guy who wanted to challenge Kai-V at a Beyblade match for closing his topics or the guy who fooled himself into believing fish weren't animals (And, of course, there's Blader Kenny)

A few times, yeah XD
Just look him up in the Closed topic section. His last account was something like RyuugaBBRuler or something. His topics lead to hilarious Brad reactions and general WBO hate, which is always funny.

... that is not how internet connections work >.> ..
MAC/Dell are companies that only deal with creating hardware. Internet providers (i.e. Virgin Media, etc.) are the ones who provide the connection; as well as the wireless hardware connections, they could also be the cause of the problem.
I wonder what happened to Kenny after the "incident"...
Your computer generally doesn't influence your internet connection.
In Canada only 2 companies own something like 80% of the telephone and cable lines in the country (which have been heavily subsidized by our government). Which means any smaller companies would have to lease the lines from Bell and Rogers (the two aforementioned companies). These smaller companies would offer cheaper rates and unlimited data transfers. Rogers and Bell don't offer that to their customers. So they complained to the government on how this wasn't fair, and how it was causing them to lose customers... despite the fact that they could have simply changed their rates for the sake of competition. Well, the government body who monitors the internet companies agreed with Bell and Rogers, and have agreed with Rogers and Bell, with the DSL rates for these smaller companies becoming this:
- Bandwith cap will be 25GB. That's upload and download, together.
- $1 per GB you go over, up to $22.50. $0.75 per GB after that.
- ALL DSL RESELLER PRICES WILL GO UP TO MATCH BELL PLAN PRICES, AND RISE WHEN BELL PLAN PRICES RISE.
I'm going from unlimited bandwith to 25GB in the span of 33 days with no option of switching to a company who offers unlimited service (as the Rogers resellers will likely be enforced a cap in the summer, and US companies are not allowed to do service here). It does not even matter that my service for 2011 was paid for in full last month under the condition I would be supplied with unlimited service.
I guess I should mention that the government body who ruled for this is the CRTC. The CRTC happens to be a government issued consumer watchdog group, but haven't been watching consumers backs for a long. Which is understandable, when you realize that the CRTC has members who were former employees of Rogers and Bell.
