Random Beyblade Anime and Manga Thoughts

Now that all Beyblade series are seemingly in the same timeline, is it safe to say that Brooklyn, Yu and Free are all part of the same family tree? XD
im still mad ab how lost I am on the lore lol
LocalW's new Burst God review inspired me to do a quick write up on my thoughts on each (JP) Burst season again
In X, I would like to see Beyblades physically reflect on the user during battle. Something like Drum and Delta's flames during resonance at least. I know X doesn't have any supernatural elements right now, but they can just say the effects are virtually generated based on the battle, (presumably) just like how the Avatars work.
I think Beyblade X would benefit from supernatural elements.
I know they're trying to make it more realistic and all, but so was Burst's 1st season and then with Lui's appearance it went into DBZ mode and it was cool.
I know this is kinda old, but what
happened to bell
in Beyblade QS. To be more exact Bell and Belial, I feel like they don’t interact which other anymore. Like Beyblade DB Belial had so much character, Belial would talk to Bell all the time. I feel like they had the best bond, Belial would even turn into an inflated balloon just to make bell snap out of a bad mood. The reason why I enjoy DB is because of they’re interaction's now it just feels plain and boring. But thats my thought of it
So, whatever happened to Zac the Sunshine in Beyblade Burst anyway? Such a profound charcter in S1 and then he just poofs and disappears.. shame, because he was really cool and fun presence overall.

Beyblade x needs science fiction elements

Idk, X4 stadiums and their battles seem pretty Sci-Fi to me, given that the X4 avatars literally fight each other like bit beasts would.

You know, it always bugged me that Aiger never apologized to Valt for breaking his bey in Turbo.
Why I think the structure of the X Tower actively works against Bird's development

Why X's battles could run out of steam in the long run

Speculating about Part 2 of X (spoilers for Ch 17)

Comment on the adaption of X going forward (spoilers for Ep 52)

I don't think anyone has apologized for breaking beys in the burst, it's like a heat of the moment sort of thing. Regardless, Aiger and Valt were cool with each other for the rest of the series so I guess Valt forgave him.

Exactly.
Imo Chrome lowkey carried Season 1 towards the end. I like how the dude was crashing out against Kamen X, that's the type of ignorance I like to see in Beyblade.

Now that I think about it, it’s kinda crazy that Kamen X hasn’t given up a single point in the series. Ruins the stakes pretty badly if I do say so myself.
I think Chrome's actions on screen are extremely entertaining, buy his  character lacks foundation. Him entirely centering his whole life around a teammate because he lost once is a little too insane to me. If they established him having some kind of problem or complex before Ekusu joined, that would solve the problem.

Ekusu falls into the unbeatable archetype, but I feel like that part of his character is 50/50. If a character has foundations to just be genuinely better than others I have no problem with them being OP. Ekusu has been a well established top level pro for some significant amount of time, and with him also being the strongest member of the strongest team I have no problem here.

But for this status to stay I would like each win to be consistently interesting, because if they win the same way for every match it gets boring. A lot of Ekusu's strategies end up just being doing another X Dash (and so on), or just X Dashing harder. Now this can be cool with added context, like his unwavering strategy vs KIng, speed contest vs Burn, and the entire plot leading up to his match with Chrome. But outside of that, for all of the average matches, I couldn't care less for them.

Though an important part of this archetype is that it's not literal. It's more so being the definitive power ceiling for a significant period of time. The time will come when this ceiling is broken to establish an even stronger threat. So he will lose some time in the future, it's not like losing is literally never on the table. This is better than Bird because for him winning is literally never on the table, so I don't think the average person has as much of a problem with it compared to over things.

Burst was pretty good overall, not too big a fan of the later seasons but I still like them. Chozetsu/Turbo would be my favorite season and Aiga would be my favorite character.
ngl I kinda just feel that aiga was a kid who just shouted but valt actually trained. but my favourite is either shu or free
Wrong place, but since I'm here, I wonder how the X Manga will weave in Zooganic and Yggdrasil. They missed King and Burn's UX debuts, and now they have an obligatory new bey debut to deal with every month.

Aiga actually trained too, constantly. If you want an example of someone that literally just screamed check out Lane.

Im not denying the fact that Aoga trained but it was nothimg compared to valt who in the manga acctually did some insane things like winning a battle with a 50 kg wheel on his back and not realisising that it was even on his back. And I guess Aiga either has plot armor or natural talent compared to Valts inhuman efforts.

Aiga's been described as a natural talent around the time of his debut. Additionally, Aiga was a metal worker before he started beyblading, and metal working is a profession that requires alot of strength and that's in addition to his insane athleticism and endurance. He demonstrated these qualities at the start of his season as we saw him using the forest and the high trees he swang from as a jungle gym, something that Valt was shown struggling with as opposed to Aiga. Valt is obviously still stronger and the number 1 blader in the world and all that but it was clear from his start that Aiga was going to be a strong blader with respectable talent.
Thoughts about the future of X from this point given that Part 2 has now really kicked off
Okay- just saying about the whole Aiga versus Valt discussion- there's no problem with Aiga being powerful considering his quick thinking and talents his gotten for metal work and sharpness considering he was raised on a farm and is known to already be very athletic. The PROBLEM stems from Anime Aiga refusing to use ANY OF THIS past the various moments in the luinor cup or battleship cruise Arc cuz he just later goes on to either:
1) Use repetitive basic strategies that don't make Aiga seem very creative and-
2) He overpowers many powerful rivals with resonance or dark resonance alone.
Making his wins unearned because he didn't even put any thought behind them unlike Valt who has always been written very consistently to have a in unique attack strategy in mind with Valkyrie.
It's not the same with Manga Aiga who's always used unique strategies to overcome powerful adversaries to prove how exceptionally smart and strong the kid is.
