Block Round Robin should be done as soon as you get twelve participants.

If I have 12 Participants, is it absolutely necessary to switch to Block Round Robin ?

Anyway, I changed my mind about 3-4 days ago, Hyderabad bladers can battle each other during Free Play, we don't have the whole day, so I guess Block Round Robin is the better choice.

Edit-Completely messed up,didn't see Kai-V's post.

Why is it actually necessary to do that?I mean cant we just go on with standard Round-robin?

If, on the day of the tournament, you wait a few minutes and you really only have twelve participants and that you will not accept anybody else who comes late, then it is OK, you can do a Round Robin, but you should really do Block Round Robin very close to twelve.

What if it is fixed to Block Round Robin and someone from those 12 doesn't show up?Do we need to switch to Round-Robin or award the win to the other Bladers in that Block?

Of course if the host is actually competent, then they can adapt on the moment.

We will leave it as Round Robin, if only 12 people, or below show up we will continue with Round Robin, if it's 12 people or higher, then we will go with Block Round Robin.
i think block round robin will be ohk and we need to get more than 12 people cause we dont have the whole day!
anyways i think the tournament will be epic

You do realize Block Round Robin can be done with even 12 people ?

i know that but if by chance any player doesnt come then the tourney will be almost destroyed and we need to change the format again so i am saying that if we get more than 12 players will help us to make it a block round robin in a easy way now you understand that?
As I already mentioned, a good organiser adapts the format to what he has at the tournament itself, live.
I had done that previously, my tourney was round robin block but due to one member being absent..I made it round robin..so as Kai-V said...it depends mostly on the situation. Well only a few weeks to go..best of luck to all again.
guys i think a new blader will be coming so i will confirm and say you about it and can i know when is the last date for registration?
Well,i don't know, try getting it confirmed before the 29th of this month at the very least.
