Questions about the WBO

Here, it is fixed.

How do you want to work for the World Beyblade Organization, Halochicken23 ?
I honestly have no idea just in general i guess
You should first get used to this community, become a prominant figure in it, get to know more about how things work in this organisation, and then you can see if you want to "work for us" or if you even can.
I saw that Blitz is awarding Face Boosters for prizes at one of his upcoming tourneys. I was wondering if I could do that as well, or if he can do that just because he's a Committee Member. I don't have that much money at the moment, so that's a reason I asked. Tongue_out

Maybe what he doesn't say is that the face boosters he's awarding as prizes are Gold, Silver and Bronze? LOL

Lol, I'm pretty sure he mentioned FBs RED, GREEN, ect. in the OP. Smile
Is using a string launcher with a knot tied in it illegal for play? I need this answered really badly...
Yes, I believe it is. Any modifications to a launcher are illegal.
Was making sure. I gotta get training with a ripcord. Every time I launch with that thing, I hit the wall. I need to practice keeping it under control...
For future reference, that should have been asked and answered in this topic:

Strangely enough, I asked Kai-V this only a few days ago, and she said that it's preferred not to give Face Boosters as tournament prizes.
Rank hath it's privileges, and I'm not at all opposed to the committee getting to do special things that we can't. They are the folks that keep this train running...

Setelah semua, ada hal-hal yang dapat kita lakukan bahwa mereka tidak bisa. Seperti berbicara dalam bahasa Beyblade rahasia!
Yeah, either way, it's fine. I mean, it's just a face booster. Originally, I thought it would be handy in a case where tournaments do not award prizes.

Anyway,

Hahahaha = Keep in mind, I was laughing in Indonesian.
Not to do a wordplay, but I think using Face Boosters for tournaments disfigures them because that is not how they were supposed to be gotten originally, they have become too available.

If we actually made one or two new Face Boosters just for that I would probably mind less.
Is it possible for Mod/Commitee member to see a PM as you're writting it? Also can a member be stopped from writing/sending PMs?

Probably not. Text entry is client side until you hit send and the data is transmitted to the server.

Uh, in English that means what you type on your screen is just on your screen until you hit send.
That is correct.

The only way someone could be stopped from sending private messages is if the recepient added them on their Ignore List, or if they are permanently banned meanwhile.
Or a server error occurs, obviously.
Am I permitted to advertise a sub group in need of help for subbing the series? If so, should I post in an existing MFB Anime thread or make a new thread regarding the group?

I think in this case it could be OK to start a new topic, and the Beyblade Anime and Manga forum might not be too inappropriate since a lot of people are interested in subs. However, are you certain that you will find someone who can help here ?
Nope. lol I know we have some older users; I'm taking a gamble on if these older users have experience with subbing and such, and since we have such an avid supply of RAWs, I felt that it'd give that subgroup some rest in RAW finding.

I've been checking Baka-Updates, which usually keeps up to date with released subs, and Beyblade hasn't had something since ZP-YS' joint ended on the Eps 22 of MFB. This group has 4D 103 out, but they might redo it if this person gets more help. I'm not associated with the group in anyway, but I thought that it might be great to get an interest check and probably some dedicated members to help out. If not, I'll work with plan B.

I'll post the thread since I've seem to have gotten the OK from you.
What positions or roles are they looking for in particular ?
At the moment, from reading the post, I think Editor. Translator and Translation Checkers are also welcomed. I posted the link and e-mail of the site in the new thread.

"I think an editor that knows more about Beyblade than I do would probably be nice. As for where ZeroPositive and Yuuri-san subs left off at episode 22 I will most likely pick those up as well."

This is where I think the WBO can shine if they can help add to the Beyblade anime community.
OK, so I was just messing with the WBO Calendar.... Suddenly, I realized that I goofed up things... I posted an event! :o
Its type says its a Private Event. So, would that affect anything?
What happens when you get banned do they ban your IP address?
