Yes. In fact, you don't even really need Dark Bull for the Stamina type, since you yould have WD from Earth Eagle.

Is buying the new Grand Ketos Random Booster worth it?

If you don't have a Burn wheel, then you have a 50% chance of getting something good.
If you're just looking for Grand Ketos and RS, then you're better off waiting a few months to see if Sonokong releases it as a starter (which has been the trend with the last few random boosters).

The other parts in the Booster are trash.

Do you have any other beys? How long have you had your first Storm Pegasus?

Buying Storm Aquario allows you to make Storm Pegasus 100RF, a top tier Attack combo.
If you've had you Storm Pegasus for too long, you might need a new RF.

I already have Lighting L Drago, and my pegasus is mint. I dont know why I haven't opened it yet.... But couldnt I make a great combo by mixing aquario's track with Lighting L Drago's HF to make some kind of super great attack type? Hmmmm mabye ill expiriment. But first should I buy another Pegasus with aquario?

There's really no point in getting either then. You could buy a Pegasus now to stockpile RF's, but there are no parts from Storm Aquario that you need since you already have a 100 track.
