Don't, keep both revisers. They are valuable. But do get the DX set.

Personally, I'd say Defense and Stamina since you get a Wyvang, Killerken, Balro, and Reviser.

The other set has Balro, Girago, and Gryph which are its best Chrome Wheels.

How is Hasbro's L-Drago Destructor hyperblades version? Can it be used instead of L-Drago Destroy in the combination L-Drago Destroy/Guardian BD145RDF?

Well, it depends what parts you have. I wouldn't entirely suggest it though.
