I have none of those beys. I need a launcher grip and also a beylauncher L/R for my next tournament because my launcher grip broke.

L-Drago Guardian has found use in the CH120 XF variant and Duo is like an evolved Basalt. Wing Pegasis.. not much use but S130, MB and all other parts in UDXS are the ones I dont have.

Diablo has found use in attack+stamina and it looks very nice. Phantom as well for its stamina and the smirk.

Seriously, go for the second option.
It is true that Duo is a must have, but instead of getting the whole UDXS for that, get a single one...
Its OK if you keep Duo for later, though...

Diablo has found use in Attack and Defense....
Flash has found powerful use in Attack...
Phantom, as you know, is amazing for Stamina.

Now if you get UDXS-
Duo is AWESOME!
Wing, as you said, has almost no use... It does have use, but if you have Duo, you won't even touch Wing.
L Drago Guardian, though has uses with CH120XF, is not at all a mainstream combo. Its a nice trick to have up your sleeve, should other combos go wrong.
As for the other parts you do not own-
90 and 230 are quite easy to acquire after Hasbro releases... Also, those are not necessary purchases, and you can very well do without these parts.
S130 isn't that useful too...
DF105 is meh...
WD is TOO COMMON; WF again, isn't all that important to get. MB is a good part though, but still. Not having an LRF was considered a sin for Left Spin Attackers. But I don't think it matters much, now...

Suggestions-
In your second option, i.e. Flash, Phantom and Diablo, I guess you should-
Try to add Death Quetzalcoatl (for Death and RDF) or a Beat Lynx (for TH170).

Remember, after getting Duo; Death and Phantom become unnecessary.
Reasons-
1. Duo > Death in Defense.
2. Duo = Phantom in Stamina.

Even after this, Death remains an important purchase, thanks to the RDF.

So all in all, if possible, get these- Flash, Duo, Diablo/Beat (keep Death for later. Considering that Flash is proving out to be better than Diablo for Attack, you can even sideline Diablo for sometime).

Remember one thing- You will actually never face a tough challenge at the tourney, as none of us have such awesome parts.

I may get phantom and death quetz for ashton. And, i may attend the Bangalore event too. Moreover, if I were to buy for this tourney, Variares would have beaten them all... I actually want to test the parts out so... And I know that Duo is better than both Death and Phantom. Thats the reason I was thinking of Duo. Moreover I really hate defense so I wont really use RDF or even Death. Beat is something which I'd like to try out as well. Just that I dont have enough money so I need to make the best of what I get and those I listed are the ones which have all that I need. Yeah, I need a Beyblauncher L/R and Launcher grip too.

Is spiral capricorn 90 MF worth buying or should I go with Cyclone hurculeo 105 F? (I play in hasbro stadiums so keep this in mind please)

I am leaning twards capricorn because of the metal flat being more durable than flat. My concern is that metal may be more "slippery" than plastic and might make some combos easy to push around the stadium.

I know at least 1 person is going to suggest Rubber flat or R^2F. I do not care for them because in hasbro stadiums they do not seem to do well at all. So don't bother suggesting.

Crab Commando: You really lack powerful attackers/ strong stamina types. I suggest you get either Flash Sagittario or the Ultimate DX set or Phantom Orion.

zeo BlackStar: Sol Blaze does not have any useful parts at all. Kreis is not that useful either. If you are asking for collection purposes, Sol Blaze will be a good choice, however Omega Dragonis will be a better option considering it has good parts(85 and XF) and can also be a good bey for collection. If you are asking for competitive play, get Phantom Orion or Flash Sagittario instead.

@shanmukha: I am not up to date with Hasbro parts in double packs but if you are saying you are treating a double-pack as one, then you should get:
1. Galaxy Pegasus(for R2F) and
2. Ray Striker+ Inferno Gasher faceoff pack.
If you are treating a face-off pack as two different beys,
get:
1. Galaxy Pegasus(for R2F) and
2. Ray Striker(for CS).. and in both cases, your next buy should be Meteo L-Drago

And seeing that you are asking for Hasbro beys, Meteo is, for the most part, useless as you still do not have an access to XF.
Instead, there are better Hasbro purchases, such as Gravity Destroyer. Get Ray Striker and Gravity, and you'd have a temporary(yet powerful) attack combo, I.e. Gravity Destroyer D125CS

Instead, you can simply wait for a few more weeks, and wait for the arrival of the Maximum Series beys...

Probably after 3-4 months. It really depends on when the anime shows them because the sellers in India stock only those beys which have appeared in the anime(and have played a major role)

if you live in INDIA then wait until the anime is shown about the episodes of max series.(i asked the shopkeeper he said that unless it is shown on T.V we dont get the products (beys))
i think you should get EARTH VIRGO AND EVIL GEMIOS (because you will get earth, GB145,& WD not good parts but ok for defense)

He is an Indian(at least he does live in India). And Evil Gemios is not good so getting Virgo only for Earth and GB145 is not actually a good choice. JSB's suggestion was the best if he doesn't have Gravity.

What is the reason to get Gemios?
Also, there are better things to buy than what you suggested.

Since you said you've only got ripcord launchers, get Gravity Perseus/Destroyer. It comes with a Beylauncher LR, which is superior to ripcord launchers, and it has some goos parts for attack and stamina.
