Commenting to note. Currently we are looking at a 24 player limit. I am in need of ideally 2 to 3 judges. Anyone looking to help please let me know Joyful_3.
Hey everyone, we are almost at the 24 player capacity so I'm putting this here now:

- If for whatever reason you know you aren't going to come, please unregister on WBO. If it's the day of, also message me here: https://discord.com/channels/13636584795...0312999042 (tag me.)

- Participation in this tournament is a total $20, that's $15 at the door and $5 to me. If I do not collect $5 from you before the event starts you will be removed from the bracket. Cash is preferred but I will provide an electronic option as well. (Late policy explained below)

- $15 at the door whether you're playing the tournament or not. That is the venue's policy.

- Walk-in entries will be allowed only to fill gaps from no-shows. As of now I'm sticking to 24 max players. This is a new space for our community. My priority is doing it right this time, so we can expand next time.

- If you are going to be late message me in this thread. If you aren't there for roll call without getting in contact with me you will be dropped.

- If you're late and you let me know here, I will provide e-payment info. That only guarantees your spot for the first round of Swiss. It is a disservice to your fellow bladers if they don't have an opponent. If you pay me to hold your spot and you don't make it in by the end of round 1, thank you for your donation, you will be dropped from the bracket to keep things moving.

- Prizing isn't going to be anything spectacular. I am a single father of 4 and I'm charging $5 for a Saturday WBO Ranked Tournament lol.

- Smoking. Not everyone does it, and most people who don’t smoke don’t want to smell it. If you have to partake in anything before coming make sure you freshen up. If you come in smelling strongly of smoke, I will tell you directly. If you step out to smoke during the tournament please walk down the block so it isn't blowing inside. It's not a hard ask, don't make it a difficult conversation.

- If you arrive as a walk-in see me IMMEDIATELY when you arrive to be added to the wait-list. That is the order I will follow when filling the bracket in.
