Participation Cap: 10 - space is limited due to venue constraints.

Promotion Plans: Event will be promoted on community boards, Ptarmicon social media, and Mavinjus Games & Collectibles.

Equipment: One BX-32 Stadium will be in use.

A dedicated gaming table will be used in the game shop.

There are multiple available gaming tables with seating for deck preparation.

Staff & Judges: bassraven will on-site to host and Judge the event.
