But I saw some other project of the moment and I could help in one of those

There cannot be tournaments around you unless someone takes the initiative to host
oh BTW you are mistaken I have around 9-11 bladers on my whatsapp group from Delhi
and in the past few months many more people asked for tournaments on our WBO India FB page.
Few months back a guy from Delhi came to Mumbai for a beyblade tournament he has a passport as well. If you read the Indian Tournament discussion thread you will find the whole discussion
