These are two very different things in terms of beybattles, rubber isn't used for destruction but is mainly used for stamina/breaking other's stamina. Hence the name "Impact" and not "Destroy" or "Breaker"

To be fair, until TT uploads their review/advertisement video of it I assume it'll just have the generic "offensive rubber" marketing, which implies that rubber = better attack, but nothing specific as to how or why it's good.
But then again, they do seem to make a point of Wizard Rod getting knocked away in the (oddly ASMR) 15-second advertisement for Impact Drake here.
