Oh sorry, but it is weird that it isn't included with the prize bey, but maybe it is the 130 with the WA removed.

The 130 track is a plain track just like 135, 145, etc.

However, it is indeed quite weird that the 130 track was not first released in a regular Booster or Starter. :\
