This is basically what Kai-V meant. It's a seal/sticker whichever way you want to call it.
But putting stickers on metal wheels is just stupid, it'll get scratched off.

My L.L Drago stickers are still on, but they definitely look worn. I'll probably omit putting stickers on wheels now on (unless it's a collector)

The Lightning stickers are on top; Ray's appear to be on the side, where they will be making direct contact with the opposing Wheel ...

At least they seem to be in the cavities ...

It's a metal sharp surrounded by rubber.

I think everyone has used this tip in design contests constantly, nice to see it finally being made.
