Hopefully we can get confirmation very soon, but even if the underside and the shapes seemed similar, Cloud is apparently slightly heavier than Torch.

Hm, well, I hope this carries over to Crash (Midnight), as it does have slightly more accessible slopes than Bull, and with a couple more grams, might actually be able to do passably against older wheels/combo's etc. Not that relevant to today's metagame, but still nice to play around with. It would be nice, anyway, if TT had tested the wheels and said "wow okay these need to be a little heavier". If they do end up being significantly different, though, we may have to look into our default naming conventions.

As for cloud, bleh, Metal System Aries will probably always do everything better anyway.

It just struck me, too: a lot of the wheels in this RB are really light, Meteo (particularly with Rush and Assault instead of absorb), Midnight/Crash, Torch/Cloud. I do wonder if any amount of cardboard could make this booster immune to at least some degree of weighing-based manipulation...
The trick is, that Bakushin Bezelbu and Fusion Hades weigh more then the rest, so this gives you a better chance of getting good releases. I still would buy this for that awesome white Meteo L-Drago recolor :3
Bakushin Bezelbu, and Fusion Hades.
Fusion's seems viable on RB.
Bakushin Mothim? >bug type

Actually, Both the Bakushin Beelzeb and the Hell Beelzeb weight more than Fusion Hades, i only bought one of these, the heaviest was Bakushin then Hell and Fusion, i chose the 3rd heaviest RVB, and Pulled Hades.

Apparently Crash weighs a whole four grams more than Midnight.

This is so embarassing for Hasbro ... If TAKARA-TOMY found that it was necessary to make them much heavier, then obviously somebody at Hasbro made a stupid decision, and for such an authority/superior as TAKARA-TOMY to highlight it like that to the whole world ...

By the way, Nocto and I noticed this : the bolded/red parts that are supposed to be the rare ones on this Random Booster's package are completely wrong. If you observe well, you will see that the only parts in red are always only the Clear Wheels and the Metal Wheels. However, Escolpio is not any rarer than JB is, because JB only came with it too; Hell is in no way rare; etc.

I wasn't refering to my post. I knew full well that that had vanished.
I was saying I couldn't find the post I had got the katakana from either.

Also, it's nice that the new midnight is almost a decent weight.
4 more grams?
Wow...
Well there went its chances. Right out the window.

What do you mean ? +4 is better than -4, like the current Midnight.
I think he meant that he was hoping for more.
heres a pic of fusion even though not really neccasarry Pinching_eyes_2

probably not. is the hasbro version with a metal face useful? no still light and problems with recoil.

There was nothing to hope for at the beginning even, hah.
Wait, so how much do cloud and crash weigh now? I'm thinking of risking it, because if i get cloud/crash, at least they're heavier.
Even if they were 20g heavier it wouldn't help. The overall designs of the wheels are bad.
Crash is 4g heavier than a standard Midnight. Don't know about Cloud compared to Torch.
There's no way it's top tier, but since it's heavier, it'd actually be more fun to play with, due to not being too light.

its always fun to play with some beys that may not be good due to a little recoil then watching 5 minute stamina battles. but i would just buy hasbros.

I posted about that already.

Midnight is like 23g right? To be honest, if, at that size, it weighed 43g, it would probably do a fair bit of damage. It has excellent slopes.

Don't. Midnight isn't even worth using for fun IMO since it loses so badly to everything but H145 and Keychain Sagitario.

So sorry then. If it can't be somehow put to good use, then whatever you say so.
So I get warnings for my understanding that recoil is linked to smash now?
I'm kinda curious as to which will happen first, me leaving out of protest or me being banned, since these rules just get more and more ridiculous.
I'd rather not argue on a community based on a toy/game series, it just doesn't work out that well. I should know.

If the information isn't worth arguing over, people won't pull punches telling you.

On topic: This booster has to have the most bizarre roster of color variations I've seen.

What warnings are you even talking about ? You were last warned on December 10th, so this whole recoil issue has nothing to do with your warnings.
No, I have not been warned for it yet but that doesn't mean that this ruling doesn't affect me.
TO GET IT STRAIGHT: Smash is when you attack with your bey's protrusions, causing the other bey to fling back. RECOIL is the negative impact, when your bey flings back from the backwards force caused by the impact.
