I think right spin attack would be better. It would take away any spin stealing. Also, heart posted in the VariAres discussion topic about left spin seeming to just brisk by right spin. I think that with bearings this might happen a lot.
Which is a good thing for B. But not good, and not necessarily a bad thing for left spin attack.

Phantom has a PC Core 'fused' with the metal as well ? VariAres has mechanisms inside of it, but from what we know Phantom has none, so there is no reason to have plastic.
EDIT : The Metal Wheel and Clear Wheel have a very simple mode change : you rotate the Clear Wheel from Stamina Mode to Attack Mode.
