Pretty good combo?:Flame Gemios SW145 B + Good Defense and Stamina combo?

Flame Gemios SW145 B seems like a pretty good combo to me.
Could anyone help me build a good defense and stamina combo? I don't care about the attack. Need to beat a few friends who favor attack types w/ okish stamina...Tongue_out_wink
