Ok I'll train Kangashkan, I never new it was good for attack, like I'll try giving it a Big Root so when ever Drain Punch hits a Pokemon its hp gain is more.

Also isn't Scizor supposed to be fast? like in the anime it was pretty swift when it battled Ash's Heracross, but my Scizor's speed stat is its 2nd lowest stat, its LVL is 65 yet it's only 99 SPEED.

you cant belive the show a scizors speed can go up to about 250 our above max but not close to 300.if you want a fastbug get a accelgor those things are fast.

Also for EV training for my Kangashkan, what if it had Macho Brace and Pokerus at the same time, like what if I kept battling Lilipups for one attack EV, would my Kangashkan have 4 EV's in one battle?

I'm not sure if you can stack EVs but it won't hurt to try.

Get those power items from the gear shop/subway.
It helps A LOT. Not just training but also, IV breeding.

Easy way for EV train:-
Aim : 4hp/252atk/252spe(as example only)

Give your pokemon the drugs. Carbos for speed, protien for attack. 10 each.

EV gained : 100atk/100spe
whats left : 4hp/152atk/152spe

now let your pokemon have pokerus and holding a Power Bracer. Kill 15 lilipup after that take off the power bracer and kill 1 more dog.
You now have 252atk.

Do the same with speed but this time kill 15 woobat while holding power anklet. Unhold the item and kill 1 more (I prefer killing them bats cos Im coo dat way)

Now you have both spe and atk of 252EV

After that.... Just kill 1 stunfisk with Power Weight.
And youre done!
I dont know about you but this way is really simple and easy. For me that is.
