They might release a patch like they did for Platinum. They didn't release it over here because i think they were making the one for the English version when HGSS was plotted in Japan, and figured to hold off and release a patch for all 3 later. We'll know if they even give a carp if they make n HGSS patch for the Japanese game.

I think it's safe to say that Pikachu is, not the best, but most favorite Pokemon. You know you can't disagree to that.
