i think they're good pokemon names
Pokémon Soul Silver/Heart Gold
... Pyhcik would be prononounced "P-yuh-sick"
Skiz sounds a little too much like a derogatory term, and Draggy just makes it sound like his Male Dragonite is wearing female clothes.
Or visa-versa and his female Dragonite is wearing male clothes, these are modern times.

Either way, back on the topic of the games.
What do people think of the Pokethlion events to replace the beauty contests? I think it's a massively welcome change in personal opinion, a few of them look like quite good fun.

Speaking of poke contests. i'm happy about the return of the bug contest. (if it's on there) thats where i get my Scyther.
i used to love the bug contests i used to use a stantler that knew the catching moves: hypnosis, blizzard, paralyz etc
Serebii is a great source for information but good god their page layout is complete garbage. They've had it for years and have barely updated it.
rhyperior sucks just fyi
has anyone else in europe got the pikachu coloured pichu yet(WI-FI), i have the japanese version and english version of the pichu, but i so want that special arceus(EVENT), that would be awesome!
but his solid rock ability can make up for his special defense.

not in my experience; it definitely softens the blow but not by enough
Smogon Wrote:Defensively, Rhyperior is going to need Pokemon to fall back on when it needs to switch out due to its 4x weaknesses. Since Rhyperior can take most 2x super effective attacks because of Solid Rock, most opponents will simply send out a Pokemon with a STAB Water or Grass attack to OHKO Rhyperior. This makes Grass-types the best teammates for Rhyperior, as they resist Water- and Grass-type attacks as well as Ground-type attacks as a bonus.
i've used rhyperior before, i think a lvl100 rhyhorn could take down a lvl100 rhyperior
^^It won't unless the person you're facing is just absolutely terrible at pokemon.
A Grass Knot from Jirachi should OHKO it as well.

your all saying what can counter it but if its used with a decent setup it can be lethal, like using trickroom.
lvl1 ratatta moves endeavour
items: focus sash FTW

Then I just need a bulky water like Swampert to switch in and wall Rhyperior.
lol I think we're getting off-topic. I kinda want to test out Dragonite in a team since they gave it Extremespeed for HG/SS.
There's a few points I'd like to make.
1. Rhyperior is not OU anymore
2. Even in a Standard (OU) battle, Rhyperior can be used well and of course, better Rhydon when in a Sandstorm as Sandstorm gives 50% more Sp.Def to a Rock type if you didn't know. With some Sp.Def EVs and a Sand Stream user, it can take quite a few hits. If you don't like to use Specially Defensive Rhyperior and fear Abomasnow's ability, you can use a Blissey with her extremely high Sp.Def and HP
3. For some have said, Rhyperior is ridiculously slow. Those who don't like his Speed, you can use a move called Rock Polish to double his speed or Baton Pass some Speed to it

I can't wait for this game, also, HG and SS will be compatible with Pokemon Battle revolution 2! Which won't be released for a very long time
So it's NOT compatible with Pokemon Battle Revolution, the one out right now?
there goes all my hopes and dreams...
