I have been lifting weights for a good 2 thirds of the time. I would have far less tone if I did not. In the picture I am flexing abs only, arms look a little thinner, but when flexed there is noticeably more definition.

I trim it once a month. Those pictures don't do it any justice, it's definitely got body to it. I have a V-shape. It's ridiculously healthy too, no split ends thanks to my routinely grooming, haha =P
